Together we are working on the activities about SRHR focusing specifically to young people, and the Democratic Republic of Congo is among the countries which are highly forgotten in this field and that has cost severe consequences to the vulnerable people in the Communities.
INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS ADVOCACY CLINIC
The International Human Rights Advocacy Clinic (IHRAC) at Florida State University College of Law offers students hands-on experience partnering with international non-governmental organizations engaged in human rights advocacy. Participating students gain experience in areas including fact-finding, evidence collection, research, reports, advisory memoranda, trial monitoring, UN submissions, and norm development. They also develop a variety of skills including trauma-informed interviewing, persuasive writing, media, collaboration, leadership, professional identity, cross-cultural lawyering, and methods to cope with vicarious trauma. In addition, students discuss current events in human rights, and the role lawyers play in the human rights movement.
